We start by asking what software you actually run day to day, not just a budget number, since a video editing rig, a CAD workstation and an inference server for AI models need very different parts even at the same price point. Components are chosen for the workload first, price-to-performance second.
Before handover, every system runs a burn-in test under real load to catch faulty parts early, and comes with the operating system, drivers and any software you need already installed and configured.
