Terms of Service

1. This website. Content on this site is provided for general information. Submitting a quote request does not create a contract between us - a contract only exists once we've confirmed a job, quote, or subscription with you in writing.

2. Liability. We aim for accuracy on this site but don't guarantee it's error-free at all times. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.

3. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus and the European Union.

1. What you get. Access to the Business Management System on the storage/user tier you've chosen, hosted and maintained by us, including backups and updates.

2. Free trial. New customers get a free trial of the length stated on our pricing page (currently 1 month), per company, not per user - your whole team shares one trial period, and no card is needed to start it. If you haven't subscribed to a paid plan by the end of the trial, you get a further 15-day grace period - with two email reminders telling you the exact date - before your trial data is automatically and permanently deleted. We recommend exporting anything you want to keep before that date.

3. Billing. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, based on your storage tier and any extra users beyond what's included in that tier, at the prices shown on our pricing page at the time of billing.

4. Cancellation. You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - no long-term contract, no cancellation fee.

5. Non-payment. If a payment fails, we'll attempt to notify you and retry it. If it remains unresolved for 7 days, access may be suspended. If it remains unresolved for 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted. You're welcome to export your data at any point before deletion.

6. Data export. You can request an export of your data at any time while your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period after cancellation, before it's deleted.

7. Customization. Reasonable adjustments to fit how you work are included as part of your subscription. Larger or highly bespoke requests may be quoted separately, or suggested as a custom build instead (see Part C).

8. Availability. We aim for high availability but don't currently offer a guaranteed uptime SLA unless separately agreed in writing.

9. Data ownership. You own the data you put into the system at all times. We act only as your data processor - see our Privacy Policy for what that means.

1. Scope. Custom builds are agreed in writing before work begins, based on your specific requirements and the price quoted for that scope.

2. Payment. The one-time build fee and payment schedule are agreed before work starts. The ongoing maintenance fee is billed monthly from the point your system goes live, based on the storage tier shown on our pricing page.

3. Ownership. Once the one-time build fee is paid in full, you own the resulting system and its code, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Maintenance. The maintenance fee covers hosting, security updates, and backups. It doesn't include new feature development unless separately agreed.

5. Ending maintenance. If you stop paying the maintenance fee, we'll stop providing hosting and updates. Since you own the code once it's paid off, you're free to self-host it or move to another provider at any time.
