Typical call-outs include a slow PC that needs a proper clean-up rather than a guess, a printer or peripheral that won't cooperate with a new operating system, a software licence that needs migrating to new hardware, data transferred safely from an old machine to a new one, or a small office adding a few extra workstations. We diagnose the actual cause before recommending anything, rather than replacing parts until something works.

Most straightforward issues are resolved remotely the same day; anything needing hands-on hardware work (a failed component, a physical install, cabling) is scheduled for an on-site visit. Either way, you get a plain-language explanation of what was actually wrong, not just an invoice.
