For offices, it's occupancy-based lighting that cuts electricity waste in empty rooms, zoned climate control so you're not heating or cooling a whole floor for two people, and access control that logs who came in and when, with no physical key to lose or copy.

Everything is planned to work together from one dashboard or app - a light doesn't need its own separate account, and a schedule you set once applies everywhere it should, not per device. Where it's useful, automations trigger off each other: a door unlocking turns on the hallway light, a motion sensor cuts the air conditioning in a room nobody's used in an hour.
